Why your first payment is 90 days away

We do not take a penny today. The Office of the Public Guardian currently takes around 8 to 12 weeks to register an LPA and return it to you. So your first £37 is collected 90 days from the day you set this up, giving time for your LPA to come back and your documents to be placed into storage.

After that, your storage simply renews once a year on the same date by Direct Debit. No forms to fill in again. You are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee and can cancel at any time.
